Practice Description

David N. Sonnenreich practices in both federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, and he also practices before various administrative agencies. As a result of his tenure as the chief of the Commerce Section of the Utah Attorney General’s Office (1990-1993) and his work in private practice, Mr. Sonnenreich has extensive experience in the areas of financial frauds (particularly those pertaining to securities and investments, real estate fraud, and general business fraud), white collar crime, and professional licensing and malpractice claims (particularly with respect to professionals in the securities and real estate industries). He also represents clients in a broad variety of other insurance defense cases, including personal injury claims. Mr. Sonnenreich has lectured nationally and locally on a variety of topics, especially with reference to securities fraud and white collar crime. Mr. Sonnenreich carries an “av” attorney rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest possible.
