Practice Description

An associate with Plant, Christensen & Kanell since 2000, Mr. Hitt also worked as a law clerk for the firm while attending law school. Mr. Hitt’s practice focuses on insurance litigation with an emphasis on defense work. Mr. Hitt also has experience with ERISA disputes. Mr. Hitt also attended the London Law Consortium where he studied both U.S. and British law.
