Mr. Seeley is an associate with Plant, Christensen & Kanell. He began clerking with Plant, Christensen & Kanell as a law student during the summer of 2008 and joined the firm as an attorney upon admission to the Utah State Bar in 2009. Prior to clerking for PCK, he interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah during the summer of 2007 and with the Utah Supreme Court in the summer of 2008. Since joining the firm, Mr. Seeley has been involved in many different aspects of insurance defense litigation including personal injury, products liability, construction defects, property damage, and worker’s compensation claims.
